Climate-related or Carbon ReductionWe encourage cities, states and regions to transition to low or zero carbon societies. In 2017, more than 100 CDP cities reported that at least 70% of their electricity was from renewables, including Auckland; Nairobi; Oslo; Seattle and Vancouver. Cities, states and regions all over the world are setting targets to increase the share of the renewables in their energy mixes.
